With all the current talk of Food and fat I thought I'd start a "Fat"thread.I just weighed My self and I plumped in at 305,and that's down from last month at 315 lbs.I am 6'3",My name is Ryan,and I'm a fatty.

PS, type 2 diabetes, keeps the weight on me unless I starve myself or do 100% low carb diet, and that is tough to maintain.
