I've given the link from Bill Ricca's site and explained the annealing process,and heal breakage myth in the past with same results.I do not like to contribute to these threads anymore because some Guys"know better than fact",and even if the op rod doesn't hardly travel as pressure is mostly vented,they KNOW that it breaks heels!
