Found over 70 gray and yellow sponge today in 1 1/2 hr. Some real good uns in the bunch. Has to be one of the best years for them around here. People that dont even hunt them are finding them in yards

Well it SUCKS here! I have not found one damn shroom. Went again today and nothing.

It just got on fire here, I would think you should be starting anytime. But we have had a unusually cold very,very wet spring

If it makes you feel any better I had to crawl on my hands and knees through mud and thornes to get these.
Up till now been finding them along the edges of woods, no more than 10 -15 in.
These were deep, no sun ,bare ground except for the briars,wasnt anything growing except for them, crazy
