I believe this gas cylinder is a late Winchester. Am I missing something? Could it be another manufacturer?

How do you distinguish a SA from WRA grooved lower HG band?

Cant help you with the lower band

I'd like to take credit for these but I can't. I found these pics on the internet a while ago and kept them as a reference. I don't think Milsurps will mind.

I have seen those, my cylinder has similarities to the Korean but also has differences
I contacted Doug from Dougs Stock Pile who used to sell Korean gas cylinders for info. Will post what I hear from him

Orlando, looking at the pics I'd go WRA. Keep in mind the Winchester pictured is narrow base.

This one seems to have characteristics of both. Now the pictured WRA is a narrow base and both in questions are wide base.
Pics aren’t the greatest but here are a few more and a link for more.

Early Winchesters do not always have a "L" cut after the ledges so don't get them confused. I am looking for the comparison shots I had on the Korean against the WRA. There were distinct differences. Rick B
Two very early Winchesters. Right one is numbered and left isn't.

I've had a couple of Korean gas cylinders and on first glance they look WRA. I'm sure there are plenty of Winnies floating around with Korean cylinders on them.
