1. Know you are arming a fellow brother and that his neighbors hate it! That's good :)
2. If a C&R rifle, you may mail to a C&R.
3. If not a C&R, you must mail to a FFL and have a DOJ number to send to by doing the DOJ FFL check. An FFL in CA cannot accept a rifle without the DOJ check. If the FFL will accept the rifle anyways, without the DOJ check, MAIL it. It's on him anyways and who doesn't like to put it in the face of the man in ca!

Orlando,
IF you're not a licensee, make sure whomever you send it to will accept shipment from a non-licensee. I went through that last year when I bought my tractor gun. 2 dealer's said they could only accept from a licensee. I finally found a licensee on gunbroker who said "No problem" and he was just a few miles away.
My BIG question is: why are you shipping an M1 to the the PRK??? PLEASE don't tell me you're moving here!!!!!!!! My old lady has 6 1/2 years left until she gets her 30 year hand shake from the county and when that happens we're leaving the PRK and moving to the United States.
