That's less then some of the clones I have seen being offered.And it is a genuine FN Browning! These will date from 1970 to 1980. All parts to even scratch build one are still available. Collectable and still usable, no safe queen here.

They have them advertised in the latest Shot Gun News. I went to their web site and they are not showing them there so it might be a SGN special.
