Ok,I just had to let My curiosity get the better of Me so I screwed that bulged muzzle barrel on My receiver to see what something with a muzzle of around .320 for the first 1/2" could do.I was able to burn off 45 rnds in 1/2 hr shooting at the 100 yrd and 200 yrd ranges. The bore is bright, sharp and shiny up to the bulge and TE is sub 4 btw.

For the 100 yrd I shot 25 rnds, but did adjust halfway or so through from a center hold and dropped to 6 o'clock(on black)hold.100 yrd target was 8 1/2"X 8 1/2".I can't give a group size because I could not find 3 shots,so I'm guessing off the paper, but with 2 different holds the furthest distance on paper was 6 1/8"center hole to center hole.

Now for the 200 yrd,I was using a 12"X12"target and I shot 2 groups of 5.The first group was blown off the right side from the wind(and Me),so I adjusted and fired 5 more. This group has a center to center of 7 3/8".I had to quit because the wind was getting out of hand, but I can say I was a bit surprised by the results. While I wouldn't want to compete with this sucker,I wouldn't worry about hitting a man sized target at least to 200 yrds.

I'd say minute of man is A-OK in battle!

BTW,Ammo was all reloads out of My mixed container and consists of different bullets and powder charges.I tried to keep them all together.I know some were 150 gr SPT(Sierra),and some were 150 gr FMJBT(Hornady),and were in either 47 grn IMR 4064,or IMR 4895(forgot how many grns, but comparable to 4064 loads).

Damn, I passed up a pretty nice looking barrel on ebay because it had a bulge near the muzzle. It was the correct date I needed too. BUMMER.
