Looks like an interesting M1/M14 hybrid. Says the conversion was done by Bland, who did a lot of them years ago. Looks like an M1 receiver, bold, modified op rod, and gas system; an M14 trigger group, stock and modified barrel; BM59 bold hold open.

I used to have bolt hold opens like that :) The front mag catch is exactly like the golden state 14 mod I've seen. I've often thought I should just cut the legs off my trigger housings just like that rifle but I like the side support they give to the magazine.

It's using the M14 stock, I think the magazine support is there.
