What is the consensus on th "Wounded Warriors" program that runs ads on TV ?

No idea. I know that it is a "charity" but that's all.

I would say If you googled them, you should find out what percentage goes to the program,& what there pay is.
I think there is a sight that checks this stuff.
Disabled veterans is a good one.
