AR At The Range

Spent the day at the range today, havent been out for some time.
Shot my Armalite AR-15 at 300yds with Hornady Match 75 gr off the bench and was averaging 1 3/4 - 2 1/4 inch groups and was pretty happy with them
A shooting buddy handed me a box of his reloads (he's the only guy I feel comfortable shooting someone elses reloads) Shot this 5 rd group, the stars must have been perfectly aligned today
That was the best of the groups and I doubt I'll ever be able to do it again
I gotta start reloading!!!!

yeah get his load too while you are at it. That load looks like it is right on for your gun.

I know he uses 77 grain bullets , that with the different load from the factory ammo I was using is why the group was off the target .
It was a fluke and will never happen again, but I'm glad I had someone there to witness it.
