What's with the adjustable borders in all of the postings? Is this something new or did I mess something up?

Got any ideas how to get rid of it? It looks like the up/down and left/right scroll bars on a regular screen but there's one in each and every posting, but only on Shuff's site.

Just called the (soon to be ex) wife. Yes, we're still talking. She told me what to do. Problem fixed.
