These are all the M1's I have left,and the 6 I'm sticking with(at least for now).I was out shooting so I thought I'd take a few Pics before cleaning.From left to Right; 523,000's SA,1.4 mill SA"correct",1.6 mil SA,3.5 mil SA"correct",4.3 mil SA,WRA Danish return all "correct" WRA,except Open box SA Danish"matched"stock.Hope You enjoy My teensy collection.

Nice looking group, ive stopped buying Garands, i slimmed my group down to 14, 2 win.1 ihc, and the rest HRA and SA ive got enough wood and parts to put a couple together, if i can stop buying handguns i may get a couple BR's from CMP and finish out my Garand hoard,,

Thanks Mike.I had stopped buying Garands for a while and was full force into M14 clones,I even sold a few M1's to fund M14 builds but realized My true love is the M1.When funds allow I'll need a representitive HRA,and IHC,and then of course I'll need another to have 3 stacks ;)

Nice looking Garands.

You guys with multiple stock, ie non match prepped, Garands I have a question. Shooting them all, what are your average groups at 100 yards.

My best shooter is a Mixmaster I built(not match prepped).I shot an 8 shot group with it before at 1 7/8" @ 100 yrds,But I can't do it consistently.The Rifle is capable,but I'm not.My worst shoots about 3 1/2" @ 100 yrds consistently.I would say that 3"'s is about My average stock Rifle.

Thanks for the info. I have a few buddies that would like to get a rifle bigger than an AR in 223, but find a M1-A a little to spendy.

I tell them "Just get a M1 Garand from the CMP". They always ask how well does a Garand shoot at 100 yards.

I tell them baised on the ones I have shot, with good ammo, 2 to 3 inches, should be expected.

With iron sights, what is not to like???

3-4 inch 8 rd groups with a basic Garand with surplus ammo and a average shooter. JMO

Nice looking Rifles Ryan. I have down sized to half of what I had . I still havent found much time to shoot either, I do shoot with my Dad twice a month but it s a match so no banging off the big stuff.

Well thats the groups I get and I consider myself average. As far as your wife I'm sure shes a hottie, atleast standing next to you :)
