They are dry and have a preservative on them, wipe them down with oil or a light coat of grease .
They are not as black as the pic makes them look

Complete NOS unissued D28287 12SA S 06 diamond , Garand bolts. These are absolutly perfect, you just dont see unissued WWII bolts very often
As nice as they get, in protective grease looks like they are a nice gray/green color but I havent cleaned any of them
