Anyone tried unitised lower band/front handguard?

In My quest for building a really accurate USGI M1 I have come to this.Has Anyone had experience with the"unitized"Front Handguard/band?I know some NM team built Rifles had this mod,but has Anyone had any personal experience using a Rifle with such mod?Any noticeable accuracy gain?thanks,
