I was shooting my work of art Mini-G today and the opp rod disengaged from the bolt when ejecting a round. Happened not too long (8 round or so) after I lubed it up. Was shooting HXP 73. Shuster valve set one or two clicks from where it will not auto eject spent brass (i.e. the softest setting it can run to eject). Any idea what might be going on?

BTW, this gun is very accurate. And I have the USGI barrel. Gun has been 100% perfect since. About 500 rounds through it. Thanks Shuff!!

Check the tab specs. Obviously the .995 should be .095

My question would be simply, has it happened since? The most common reason I see oprod dismounts starts with pulling back the oprod by hand but also pulling outward when doing so. Then the rod is sent home and the tab is not in the track correctly. If it has not happened again, I just wouldn't worry about it. If it happens more, a tab rebuild would be in order. As an aside, I probably used your oprod as I have not been able to keep up, as of late, with making oprods ahead of time.
