Winter Safety?

Yup, that looks like a winter safety.

Designed to be used with the winter trigger/gloves on. They are not that easy to find. Winter trigger kits are a dime a dozen, but they don't come with the safety. Those have been fetching about $40- $50 when they pop up for sale.
