Opt-Out Card-Great Idea!

My youngest daughter came up with a great idea. She feels that all the people that don't believe in the social and give-away programs eg. WIC, medicaid, welfare, foodstamps, vouchers, etc, be issued an "Opt-Out" card. When you make a purchase you present your card and pay a reduced tax. People without the card will be taxee at a much higher rate. This would put the burden of these programs on the people that support them. I like the idea.

With such a card, liberals will be ;()$&&'d.
1. Liberals will use the card
2. The programs will still be paid
3. Oboombya will print more money to pay the bills thus still taxing us for the thieves.
