She's quite the dish. Vivien started life as a mismatched service grade CMP rifle that I handpicked myself in Anniston about 4 years ago. Before I sent her to Tim a few weeks ago, I gave her a new Criterion barrel and new CMP wood. As is the standard, Tim did a great job. I didn't care for the color of the CMP furniture or the linseed finish, so when I got her back I stripped it down, stained it red mahogany, and put a couple of coats of tung oil finish on it. Finally got her done last night, put her back together and put the stock pouch and 1907 sling on. Function check went well, so I hope to take Vivien for a spin this weekend. Thanks Tim!
