1. I'm not getting very positive ejection of the en bloc clip. In fact, one didn't even clear the action. Typical? Need a new spring? Which one?

2. My gas plug loosens when i shoot. How do I rectify?

1) replace the clip ejector spring

2) happens. Crank down on it!

Use a 1/4 inch drive extension and ratchet and it will come loose no more

Orlando has the gas lock screw, Sean has clip ejection issue. If you need a clip ejection spring, I'm happy to send you one :)

I don't know why weak ejection didn't show up in testing but another spring is the least I can do. It was shipped out about two hours ago USPS priority mail.

Could it be a defect in the en bloc clip? I would guess no, since all 5 clips had weak ejection.

If the ebloc is rough parked or has distortion, it can be harder to eject.
