Tim, in my perfect world health insurance would work exactly like your gun business, pick a doctor you like, pay him cash out of your pocket, and buy insurance only for something catastrophic like the mailman running over your MiniG with his mail truck.

In my perfect world you'd even tip your doctor - that's how private I'd like it to be. So Tim, make it real good and real fast and there's an extra coupla bills in it for ya. :)
