I'm confused. did we ever actually see carol get killed? i was pretty certain that we did NOT, but they dug a grave for her. WTF?

Carol will come back to save Ricks ass as he wanders around inside the prison. I never thought Carol died, last I remember seeing her she was running past T-Dog inside the prision.

We did not see her actually get killed and we did not see HER grave get dug. We don't know who's grave it is.

The last piece of Carol shown was her scarf/headband thingy when the found the rest of T-Dog.

Maybe. I thought it was the very end of the last episode. We'll see. They better make some progreess in the story this Sunday though. I don't want "The Prision" to turn into "The Farm". The farm played out for far too long.

Agree 110%.

My interpretation for the next episode (content taken from the trailer):
Let Rick flip out a little while longer, continue his zombie killing spree, Michon (sp?) and Merle have a sword/bayonet fight, Andrea "accidently" fall on the Gov's penis in front of his zombie daughter, and Carol appears as a swashbuckler-type hero.
