commercial ammo

Can I use commercial ammo in my gun? I'm looking at this ported gas plug do you guys know if its good?

I prefer the Schuster or McCain adjsutable gas screw. I'm just not buying into Garandgears one size fits all aproach. Midway USA has the Schuster on sale for $29.95

How do you adjust them? are there different jets or something??

Its pretty simple. The McCain has different jets (I havent persoanlly used this one)
The Schuster has a allen head screw that you turn. You start with it screwed all the way out and fire one rd. If rifle doesnt cycle you give it another 1/2 turn (cant remember how much, its in the instructions) and fire again. Keep doing this until rifle cycles and then it is set. There you install a set screw that goes over the allen head to keep it from moving
