weird etching on inside of reciever

This is what is etched on my receiver LEAD 12-65
Anybody have an idea??

Its a Letterkenny Army Depots 1960's rebuild. Should be electric penciled on right side receiver leg.
The 1960's rebuilds are a favorite of mine. Look carefully on the bottom of pistol grip on stock. Should be a triangle ink stamp if it isnt worn away

Okay, I'm curious. Can you please elaborate on this freak boating accident? I mean, any circumstance where you lose an awesome piece of American history is tragic....but just wondering how this one came about if you don't mind me asking.

It's an old joke. Dates back to the original assault rifle ban in the 90's.
Sorry Mr./Mrs. knob licking Democrat/communist lawmaker, I don't have any evil guns that need to be registered anymore. Sadly, they were all lost when my boat tipped over while I was moving them to my lakehouse for safekeeping. All I have left are these tired old bolt actions.
