This guy flip/flops back and forth. First he says that the 2nd Amendment states "shall not be infringed". Then he says that the AR platform is less lethal than a duck gun. Then he says that the duck gun misses the target completely so the AR is better for self defense. Then he says that legislation won't help because there are already 270,000,000 guns on the street.
