I pretty much hate it.
10X realistic sales price. Sporterized rifles just aren't in style any more, and certainly not a sporterized Garand!

The butt band for the ammo is just stupid ,heck load a couple enblocs and stick em in your pocket

Grossly overpriced but you gotta admire the work that went into it. Would like to see it in person

I completely agree with all of you guys! Kinda thought it was unique and and weird. How would you load it with the center mount scope?

the style strikes me as clumsy and un-natural to the design. i couldent see myself enjoying this much.

I'm in agreement with Orlando. It is a VERY different sort of M1, but somebody did love it at one time. Not everyone's cup of tea though (putting it mildly).
...somebody did love it at one time.
That's a bit the heartbreaking part of a lot of these. Somebody spent a lot of time and a lot of money customizing that rifle, and countless other veterans. I try to enjoy them, but that particular one wouldn't interest me.

The reason that rifle has extra ammo on the stock, is because of the scope mounted over the action. That rifle is set up NOT to eject the en block clip.
That rifle has to be loaded with individual rounds, just like a bolt action rifle.

Very interesting concept. It would be hard not to look at if you saw it at the range.
