Well, it could be the virus that has wormed into my laptop. It keeps redirecting me to other sites when I google. Norton found it, but can't remove it. I may have to rebuild this computer... again! :(

The video worked fine for me. Norton is a virus in and of itself, I prefer AVG free (also getting too intrusive) and safe browsing habits.
