Got a stock from Jim at DuPage. Great guy to deal with. Dry as kindling so I'll post pics after it's oiled but here are the important things. Stu

Nice....what did he sock you for that? I saw a guy on the CMP picked up an IHC stock from Dupage this afternoon.......

4 bills which I guess is pretty fair in today's market. Next time I think about restoring a Winchester slap me please. Stu

Ryan, this stock is drier than last years Christmas Tree. I think with some finish they'll really stand out. They're certainly a lot deeper than most of those "ink stamp" looking ones I've seen around. Stu

Hey Ryan, all I need now is an elevation knob and a trip to Shuff's and I'm done! I expect about a year to find an elevation knob. Never Again!

That GAW was the same way in respect to Dryness,but some Fairtrimmers and BLO really brought out it's beauty.Thanks to You,all My Pals,and a lot of money and trading,I only need the stock ferrule,and rear sight knobs and pinion(repro that are on it will work for now).Mine does not need a finish job though.Can't wait to see Yours in the new wood!
