Guys

I notice a lot of you have added the BM59 style Bi-Pod (along with the gas cyl) on many of your rifles. My question is it seems to be an accepted fact a Bi-Pod on a Garand gas cyl will reduce accuracy. So what gives? Does it in fact hurt the guns accuracy when firing it off that Bi-Pod?

Happy Easter!

I've never ran before and after experiments so I don't know.

I am sure it does hurt accuracy some but lets face it the BM59 with bipod was auto fire, it wasnt meant for accuracy. I just have a bipod on mine becuase I wanted a replica build.

I use the bipod on my BM14 because the heavy barrel is just too heavy. It would be a great gun if you are hunting from a box or blind, but not a lot of fun to carry in the brush.
