I recently got a safe for all my Garands. After loading up the safe, I have a few spare parts. I am thinking of building up a Win 1.3 with a '65 barrel. After that I have all the parts for a 3.45 SA minus the barrel and stock. I have a sweet stock that would look good on a Navy build. I think that I would have all the parts to build that one also. I have a perfect HRA stock that I want to put on a HRA Service Grade Special to make one of those correct. I am hopeing that they have some left by the time of Magna's next trip. Not sure if I should wait or go for it now.

I think I might have to sell some of my spare receivers now that I found one for my BM59 build to fund these ideas. Not sure which ones to get rid of. I have a 400k with about 80% original finish, a CMP Grade B in the 700K S/N range. A 2mil SA, I have a correct T2 lockbars for it that I don't want to seperate.

Ok If you read all this, sorry to waste your time, I am just sitting here are work at 1am thinking, which usually cost me money. Mainly I want to get the most bang for my buck.

What to do? :)

Those pesky spare parts! I was looking at some of my junk and I'm 3/4 of the way to another BM59.

I would be a tad interested in the 2 mil SA depending on the next digit or two in the serial. Whatcha got?

I just threw together a 1.8M from spares/leftovers last weekend.
I used an older, commercial .308 barrel and a grade B receiver, with all of the other parts coming out of the parts boxes. Fun stuff to do when it's cold and rainy and I'm bored.
I'm going to use it as a .308 re-enactor rifle since the barrel is too worn for accurate shooting.
30.06 blanks are getting as pricey as live rounds, so I want to start shooting the same cheap, plastic blanks I use in my Browning.

I forgot my list at home, think tomrrow while I am at work will go through the list and assign parts to S/N and see what I have. I'll make a sell and keep list. Should keep me awake and out of trouble.

Forgot to post pics. Should have some up by the middle of next week to be safe. Here is list as of now of what I would like to sell. All prices are what I paid for it. What I don't sell here will go on the CMP fourms with higher prices + shipping. For you guys here I'll cover shipping.

I am really interested in a Navy M1K2MOD1 "Non-Sleeved" barrel receiver. I would really like a Springfield or Winchester with a TE of 4 or less and a ME of 2 or less. As always lower the numbers the better plus a deep heel stamp. Of course a bright and shiney bore. Would really love to find one with a headspaced bolt. I don't have the tools and really do not want to invest in them. I put a value of these parts at $440.00. So keep that in mind if your interested in a trade.

Now to the list.
Price
2-55 SA Barrel ME and TE less than 2 $235
12-52 Sa Barrel ME and TE less than 2 $235
M1 Garand Reciever parts Springfield SA Late WW2 $100
M1 Garand Rifle Bolt Complete Part, Italian BMB $89
Gas Cylinder $60
BM59 Para Stock Reese $300
BM59 Folding Stock $425
M1 Garand Springfield 210755x $255
M1 Garand Springfield CMP Grade B 78477x $250
M1 Garand Springfield 40232x $350

All parts I consider Service grade or better.

If have any questions just ask.
