It is kind of difficult to price this because they are not common,so there aren't many being sold to give you an estimate.

Well a WRA flush nut with the c orrect caps in good condition maybe around $1000 "if" you could find a buyer
Yours is pretty rough and looks to have the later knurled caps which isnt correct. Probably the best thing to do with yours is stick it on Gunborker and see where it goes

Would these caps be for a lockbar instead of a flush nut?

I know SA used knurled knobs for a very short limited time on flush nut, I suppose WRA could have??
Its going to affect value.
I am no expert on the early stuff, just learning as I go and run across them
Again the rough condition is going to affect value, if they were mine I would put them on Gunbroker and see what happens but I would not expect a homerun out of them
