stock ID help needed

OK, what is it? "the book" says WRA, but I really want to say early SA.

IMO ,it has WRA characteristics

Anything stamped on end of forearm under where stock ferrule would set

"F" and "22" under stock ferrule. nothing on the butt end

I know everything about it says WRA

This came on one of my first CMP mail order rifles - #10,142
