I have a winchester stripped receiver, that I will never build. What would a march 1942 6 digit winchester be worth if I sold it?
Thanks
Joe

ill stab at this one.. "condition is everything" I have noticed on CMP forums that HRA and WRA stripped receivers tend to go for about $100 more than their SA counterparts
SA six digit have been going for 3 bills lately, so without pics i would guess 4 bills might be a reasonable starting point

I have 11070X And 15768X are you close to either one?
Normally they have a nice deep heal stamp. Watcha got?
I'm interested.

How about a picture of the heal stamping?
What kind of price are you thinking?

I don't know on the price, that's why I'm posting this here instead of the traders board. I don't want to screw anyone, but I want to get what it is worth.

I'd say put it on the CMP sales forum. They will buy anything that says Winchester.
The stamping is a little light for me but normal for WRA. $250.00 and up.
Good luck.

I would try $350 shipped and it will sell fast.
