Detroit is a wasteland. If it werent for the stadiums and casinos, you would never see a white person there. The unemoyment rate in the city is somewhere between 30 and 40%. I think there are now fewer than 800,000 residents. Entire neighborhoods are completely vacant. There are more abandoned homes than occupied homes. Most of the city looms like a war zone. I wont even drive through detroit. Ill spend the extra time to go around it if i have to.
