reparking question

during the recent reparking of my m1 i had plugged the bore but did not remove it from the reciever.is there any harm in having the breech parked or does it need to be polished.ive already shot a cmp match with it and had no feeding problems,is it only cosmetic???

Many,many breeches were parked.As long as the bore was plugged you should be fine.The only problem I can see would be if the Chamber were parked heavily,but if You had most of it plugged You should be fine.

No worries, in fact, if you parked the inside of the barrel completely, no worries.
