Another stupid law drafted by a bunch stupid, no good, sub human, democrats. I wish them all a very merry Christmas. When you can hardly understand a law, that means it should NOT be a law. No, this proposed bill hardly infringes at all.

This bill and H.R. 2247 are effectively dead. The only chance they have is to get attacked to another bill, which is usually the case.
