Punch The Clown

Far more dangerous than islam, aids or nuclear weapons. The second a tragedy strikes in this country the vulture politicians and news "things" are there to fan the flames. Take flight TWA Flight 800. The plane crashed off the coast of Long Island about 17 years ago, killing all aboard. Well, the outpouring of emotion fanned by the news media and politicians was sickening. If you were a third cousin thrice removed and were clever enough to avail yourself of the perks of a remote at best relationship to one of the crash victims, you were flown first class, wined, dined, had a Coast Guard cutter at your disposal. And what did you have to do to receive this outpouring of generosity? You hammed it up for the cameras, cried crocodile tears, and gave never ending eulogies to a person you never even knew. Then the trip on the cutter to the crash site. The ringing of the bell, and the reading of the names. Then the symbolic bouquet cast upon the water. Well, this crap went on year after year until 9-11! The Flight 800 parasites were beside themselves, and their p.r. people were doing everything they could to bring Flight 800 back into the limelight.
There is always going to be a Flight 800, a 9-11, a Columbine, an Aurora, and now a Sandy Hook. We will never run out of news (people) I hate calling them people?, politicians or mourning "relatives" (having a friend that knows someone that once shopped at the same Walmart as one of the victims cousins qualifies you as a relative during a tragic event) of victims. The true mourners probably keep pretty much to themselves and grieve in private. It's the distant relative that nobody ever heard of that's the most dangerous as they seize the opportunity to capitalize off of the grief of others. And in the final analysis the people that had no involvement are added to the list of victims as the politicians use the tragedies as an excuse to strip us of our rights.
