I'm still traveling but I managed to waylay a whopper in KS!

Stats:
1-7/16" & 1-3/8" (tip broken off) spurs, 11" beard, 21#10oz.

Still traveling so you'll have to wait for pictures... am delayed in KCI waiting for my plane to arrive.

Fried turkey nuggets!!!!!

On a side note the permethrin clothes spray was worth EVERY penny. Never had one crawl on me that I could tell. I did have a tick on my head that fell out dead when I was drying off after a shower. My buddies had ticks all over them.

Good to hear the permithrin worked for you! I swear by that stuff. The woods around Ft. Riley are chock full of ticks and chiggers and I don't do anything on or around the base without having my uniforms/gear treated.
Anyhow.....That is one fine looking bird.
