First Post at Battle Tested

Hello to all here at Battle Tested. I am a very new member to the Garand clan. I have a varied collection of firearms and am not shy about posting photos. I would like the send out a thanks to the host Tim Shufflin. There might be times when you shake your head and say"not again" as I have many questions about the Garand rifle. Living north of the 49th means that I suffer under some repressive gun laws in Canada. Still we make lemonade with what we have. I have never owned an M1 but it was the first high powered rifle I shot(many years ago). There has been a great influx of receivers in Canada in the last month for the Garand. Hundreds of Breda and Berreta Danish contract in very good condition. Have had 4 delivered to me this month and this site has to be the best I have found for my upcoming additions.
