We've been told for a few months now that the reason all these plans were cancelled is because they are "substandard" and don't meet the minimum standards that the socialists want. Well presto, chango, morpho, suddenly oboombya has changed the "law" again! It has now created catastrophic insurance for those who can't afford the bronze, silver, or gold plans. Yes it has created the very type of plan that it has demonized for two full months! It has done this against its very own law, passed by congress, signed by it!
