I have never seen a tanker look like this one.

Just funky sights on that one, best I can tell. That flash hider is a grenade launcher that was milled, nothing particularly noteworthy.

That has a BM59 gas cylinder - at least, it started as a BM59 gas cylinder... Not real sure why it's bid up so high...

I'm a fan of the second one. Really nice look. I would own that one in a mag fed and a full size.

Looks like someone wanted to make it look like a M14.

I dunno I've never liked the look of folders.

I wouldn't trust either one. Who knows what Bubba did to them.
If Tim built one, I would feel safe firing it. Bubba...no way !!!

I really, really like that folder. Somebody spent a lot of time and money putting that one together.

Can someone explain to this novice how, what looks to me like a M14 gas system ends up on the front of a rifle that's called a Garand??? I mean am I seeing that correctly?

Most probably a BM "drop down" gas cylinder with the sight platform rounded. Set back a bit from standard position using M14 muzzle setup. The gas screw looks custom. although there is a prototype out there (not mine) that basically is a M14 gas screw with Garand threads.

You got sharp eyes. Good call on the drop down cyl.. those 2 ribs are hard to miss when you point them out.
