My FFL was expecting to take delivery of a Webley Revolver for me today.

This is what UPS says about it...

East Syracuse, NY, United States 01/27/2014 11:30 P.M. The package was not loaded onto train, airplane or other transport unit load device.

What does that mean? "It never made it to the truck, we have no idea where it is?"

Sounds bogus to tell you truth. Not like any UPS tracing message I've seen. If you don't already have the UPS tracking number, get it from shipper and sign onto the UPS site.

jbk, don't fret, it will get there and if it doesn't you'll get your insurance money and a new piece. Life is good.

ordmm,

That's right off UPS website with the tracking no... I'm not too worried, just thought that was a bit strange. As I understand it that means it was scanned onto the cross country truck across in CO, but wasn't on it when it got the Syracuse....

I would give UPS a call and ask them to explain what it means. UPS must have upgraded their tracking info system.
I had a package delayed by bad weather and the tracking info stated it.
