the word LOADED is tossed in to somehow make it sound more dangerous or outlandish. LOADED plus recent "open carry" in the media is meant to imply to the average lib think that the question is talking about these guys carrying loaded weapons:

Exactly,,, What is to stop someone clubbing the guy with the ak over his back, then he will be responsible..As he provided the rifle to someone else, the same if someone rips your out of the holster...Btw, If your that insecure, To carry a auto rifle while going about town, you do need help...I just don't like it..Texas is reportedly looking back into this mess..law enforcement has a right to be nervous..IMHO..
