Yes, from the start the claim was made that this was just a bitter ex-wife/girlfriend trying to screw him over. Now, while I wouldn't doubt an ex would do such a thing, I'm not sure someone would involve a 12 year old in such a gruesome topic - especially her own.

Also, and I'm not saying that just because a guy is on TV and famous he's not a pedo, but you would think that with the way the modern TV and media leave no stone unturned and just love to drag someone through the mud, that if you had your own TV show and were constantly on camera and opened every aspect of your life up to the whole world, that you wouldn't start banging an 11 year old "every day" (which seems almost impossible) no matter ow much you wanted to. That's not the kind of thing a person that is in the spotlight can keep hidden.

Oh well. I'm not ready to pass judgement yet. I think there will be a lot of evidence coming up soon. Of course, none of it will matter - his life is ruined with no hope of recovery. If it was a bitter ex, she accomplished her mission

Yep. I hate to be so judgmental, but there was not one character on that "reality" show that I didn't think was an a-hole. Other than the occasional, mild gun porn there were absolutely no redeeming qualities to that program.

Did anybody ever notice the highly Cristian (in my interpretation anyway) lyrics to the theme song? It's almost as if the program was designed by producer types to make gun owners look like semi-retarded hicks whose only lot in life was to "blow sh!t up" in highly staged (complete with pyrodex and gasoline fueled) explosions. And those dumbasses bought into the "Hey ya'll, watch this! I'm on the moving picture box!" mentality hook, line and sinker.

In my opinion, that idiotic show set the pro-gun cause back a few years.


As far as the legal issue against Will Hayden? Innocent until proven guilty. Still an asshole in my opinion either way..

Never seen the show. Don't care to. So I have no opinion on the guy or whether he is guilty or not, but I don't trust the justice system to get it right either way. Thugs get off with wrist slaps, and others get convicted on the flimsiest of circumstantial evidence.

Regardless of my, or anyone's, opinion of the show or the man, he deserves his day court.
Unfortunately, all the "facts" we get are filtered through a media that is more focused on ratings and advertising than on reporting the truth.

Well this Red Jacket ,Will, guy drew quite a crowd here at BT...A lot to be said about court..I have noticed here in our area, IF YOU Commit a Heinious crime then there is one Expensive Particular Lawyer, that you rush to hire..After verbal argument, the latest Perp had a friend of mine held [unarmed}at .45 auto range,arms length, after pulling it from a Hummer...Then..Stuck it[.45]in his mouth, then pulled it back and shot him in the chest..In front of his kids at resturant parking lot.The Cops were LATE again...Perp then said it was" in self defense"and ' he was threatened'...Now Lawyer failed to help this perp, because the Jury had not been rigged and they saw it as deliberate act of murder...So A JURY can still save you, or send you up the river..Whos to say, Maybe I was swayed into believing some of reality TV . I was easily convinced to believe the daughter....because of his acting on show..So... We shall see...Will might be meeting some new friends..
