Nope.. looked at them a few times. Price is good. But bought a SR1911 commander style instead!!! peace toolman

Have you looked at the Remington 1911 blued??? The price keeps going down on them!!!

I wish!!!!!! Im still looking at the colt .38 super!!!! I never have shot a .38 Super. Have you and what are your thoughts? Peace toolman

I haven't either - yet. I have a friend that has an old (Colt) one but rarely shoots it. He has offered to let me try it but our schedules just don't align. He says that it has more recoil than a 9mm but less than a 45. A Combat Commander is calling me...

I've only read good things about them.
American made, decent slide to frame fit (if it matters), dependable, and as Toolman stated decent price.
