High on Turkey today

I got up first thing this morning and immediately started injecting Turkey. Then moved on to smoking it. While smoking it I realized there wasn't enough to go around so I started cooking more of it. Now after it is all gone trying to round up scrapes to get my last fix. Glad this only happens once a year.

I feel your Pain Greg. I brined a 14 lb. turkey overnight, with visions of smoking that bird with cherry and apple wood. I woke up on Thanksgiving morning to 2 degree temperatures, needless to say that the bird got roasted in the oven.

I was very disappointed.
