A huge congratulations to paid4c4 (Bill Dorsey).
Bill has struggled through some rough years and terrible tragedies, but has kept his strength, his faith, and his lust for life. Today he announced his engagement to a lovely young lady. Bill is a good and strong man (even though he was a government employee. ;) :p ) and I wish him a lifetime of fullness and happiness that a fine man on his caliber deserves.
