Let it go already. I know I already told you that you're not going to get your answer as to how many of each maker are/were available. The cmp doesn't think you need to know and with that, I concur. Bottom line is that the numbers you seek are not forthcoming, so do yourself a BIG favor and let it go. Forget about it. It's one little bit of info you're not likely to get-- at least any time soon. What happens at the cmp stays at the cmp. No need to understand it, just believe it.
