Fortunately, IT didn't get shot. That would've been too good for IT any way.

The organization brady created in the eighties led the way directly to the Brady Act under the clinton's first term. If it were not for the Brady Act being passed because of this woman, there would still be no gun control (except for pistol permits in some parts of the South, leftovers from the jim crow era).

Maybe now the Brady organization will also die off and the Brady Act can be repealed and the country can go back to the days when we were free men. When you could go to a gun show, buy an AK-47 without a NICS check and just show'em your drivers license, pay the dude some money and walk out of the show. And drive off. The only place that will still require a background check would be the CMP, as they were the only ones that required one before the Brady Act.

We'd be free men then? Freedoms go a lot deeper than gun control.

Well, it would be a good start to being free men.

Not so fast...Feinburg and Peloisi will still be standing, I suspect that someone else in New York, begins with a 'C" has some serious plans for oppressing the public ownership......

Certainly you jest. Mrs. Clinton would NEVER do such a thing, being the fine, upstanding representative that she is. NOT!!!!! We really need to find a way to get rid of Bloomberg and Schumer.

One of the differences between brady and the other anti-gunners, is none of those other anti-gunners really have any personal legal standing to do something about gun stuff. brady had some legal standing to be involved in the anti-gun movement, hence the brady anti-gun organization was created. And brady pushed for stuff all thru the eighties and early nineties and she got a lot of what she wanted, in the end. By 1993, the Brady Act was passed.

None of those other people have ever been directly impacted by a firearm caused crime or accident, that Im aware of. Its less personal for those other anti-gunners. It was all very personal for brady and she made that clear, she was driven to ban and control firearms after her husband was shot.
