$30 for the buggy from Craigslist. $50 for the cradles from evilpay. An hour and a half of my time.

Hotdog, A fully armed baby carrier...things really that tough in your neighbor hood...I mean I walk with a bellyband holster, I guess I can and will sling a rifle if this fail....Still your idea is neat..
