LMR Barrel

What would be the approximate date for IHC receiver s/n 5140833 and how hard would it be to find an LMR barrel for that time-frame? I realize this is a loaded question (no pun intended) but I have a project in mind. Any body got one? I know the trigger group is for an earlier gun but I think it shouldn't be too hard to trade for the proper one.

I would say any 1954 dated IHC LMR barrel would be ok.

Duff list the following as original barrels to receivers:
5103484 3-54
5109590 10-54
5120207 11-54
5140944 3-54
5150789 1-54
5160364 2-54

Make sure the punch mark on the barrel is between the LMR and drawing number, those are IHC barrels. The LMR barrels with the punch mark in or around the proof P on the right side of the barrel markings are HRA LMR barrels.
